Corework offers Pay As You Go Support to both business and home users. This is an 'on demand' service and no prior booking is necessary.

Following an initial diagnosis of the problem over the telephone, support is then provided either by telephone, by remote access to your computer through the internet or by an onsite visit by our computer engineer.

Our standard Pay As You Go Support is available from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm. The initial diagnosis of the problem over the telephone is offered as a free service.

This type of support is recommended for businesses with a small number of computers and for home users who have a more ad hoc need for support.

This type of support is also useful for new customers to get a feel for the support and services that are provided.
